"Edara" allows you to display the sales order number on printed documents. This is a sequential number parallel to the order code in the system. It is especially useful if you had your numbering sequence before using "Edara" and want to continue working with it.
This feature helps you to easily refer data for previous sales orders.

Displaying the Sales Order Number on Printed Documents
First, read the article "Creating a Sales Order Number" to set up your numbering sequence.
Then, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings.
Open "Print Setup".
Choose the print template you wish to modify (from the Template drop down list).
Click on "More Actions".
Click on "Edit".
Open the "Order master data" section.
Enable the "Order Number" option.
Click "Save".
Once these steps are completed, the sales order will include the order number on the printed document, making it look like this:
