Printing the sales order upon payment allows you to print the sales order automatically when the payment for the related document is completed. It streamlines the process, ensuring efficiency in handling sales orders.
Printing The Sales Order On Pay
Go to Settings.
Open the "Print Setup" page.
The default selection here is the "Sales Order” Document from the “Sales” module.
Choose the print template you want to use.
Click on "More Actions".
Click "Edit".
Enable the "Print on pay" option in the “Template Configuration” section.
Click "Save".
Note: Make sure the users authorized to use this feature are assigned properly from the permitted users list.
After this setup, when a user with these permissions completes a payment for a sales order, the order will be printed automatically.
