The authority to print the account ledger is granted to people who need access to account information for specific purposes, including informing customers about their financial transactions. Answering questions about balances, withdrawals or transfers, resolving any customer issues, etc.
In this article, we display the steps to grant this permission.
Granting Permission to Print the Account Ledger
Go to Settings.
Open the “Print Setup” page.
Select the “Accounting” module.
Choose the “Account Ledger” document.
Select the desired template.
Click on “More Options”.
Click on “Edit”.
Include the username in the list of users allowed to print the template from the “Template Configuration”.
Click on “Save”.
Note: If you want to revoke a user's permission, follow the same steps as above, but remove the user's name from the list by selecting him/her, click on “”, and then save.
