When adding a new customer, make sure to select the correct country code first so the mobile number is entered correctly in the system.
Recording the Customer’s Mobile Number According to Their Country
Go to the “Sales” module.
Open the “Customer” page.
Click on “New”.
Go to the Contact Info section.
Select the flag of the customer’s country.
Enter the mobile number directly without including the country code.
Click on “Save”.
