Many businesses offer discounts to capitalize on seasons and occasions, so we've introduced the “Edara” feature to adjust discounts at the item level, specifying it with a period.

Adjusting Discount on a Specific Item
Discounts can be set for the item for all price segments (selling price - wholesale price - special price), and a period can also be specified to activate that discount within the program. To benefit from this feature, follow these steps:
Go to the warehouse module
Select "Stock Items"
Click on 🔎 to search for the stock item
Select the required item, then click "OK"
Click "Edit"
Click the "Discounts" button
Enter the proposed discount value/percentage for the price
Click on the "Date Range" button to specify a period to activate the discount, if applicable
Specify the activation date "From - To"
Click "Save"
Steps to Deactivate the Discount
"Edara" allows the deactivation of the discount on the item by following the same previous steps, adding zero (0) in the discount field, then clicking "Save".
And if you want to deactivate the discount on a group of items, you can easily do so through the bulk item editing feature.
