Stock Items Bulk Editing

Because modifying each item's data individually can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large number of items, "Edara" provides a bulk editing feature to save you time and effort.

Manual Editing

  • Go to the warehouse module
  • Open the "Stock items bulk edit" page
  • Specify the conditions for the items you want to edit, if applicable
  • Click "Columns" to choose the columns you want to edit
  • Click "Generate"

Editing Using Excel

Follow the same steps as above until step 5 then:

  • Click "More Actions" and then choose "Export to Excel"
  • Make the required modifications in the extracted sheet

    Upload the file to the program

    Click "Save"
