Deleting a Stock Item

If you have accidentally created an item/items without completing any related transactions, you can easily delete them to avoid future use.

"Edara" allows you to perform this process individually or in bulk.

Deleting a Stock Item

First, ensure that the items to be deleted are not linked to any specific supplier. Then, follow one of the two methods below:

1- From the Stock Items Page

  • Go to the warehouse module
  • Select "Stock items"
  • Click on 🔎 to search for the item or use the arrows.
  • Choose the desired item.
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "Delete"
  • Click “Yes” on the warning message
1- From the Stock Items Page — Click “Yes” on the warning message

Note: To complete this action, the user must have the permission to delete an item.

2- From the Stock items bulk edit Page

  • Go to the warehouse module
  • Open the "Stock items bulk edit" page
  • Specify the conditions for the items you want to edit, if applicable
  • Click "Generate"
  • Click on ▢ to select the items
  • Click on the 🗑️ icon to delete the items
