If you have accidentally created an item/items without completing any related transactions, you can easily delete them to avoid future use.
"Edara" allows you to perform this process individually or in bulk. This article explains the steps.
Deleting a Stock Item
First, ensure that the items to be deleted are not linked to any specific supplier. Then, follow one of the two methods below:
1- From the Stock Items Page
Go to the warehouse module
Select "Stock items"
Click on 🔎 to search for the item or use the arrows.
Choose the desired item.
Click "OK"
Click "Delete"
Click “Yes” on the warning message
Note: To complete this action, the user must have the permission to delete an item.
2- From the Stock items bulk edit Page
Go to the warehouse module
Open the "Stock items bulk edit" page
Specify the conditions for the items you want to edit, if applicable
Click "Generate"
Click on ▢ to select the items
Click on the 🗑️ icon to delete the items
