Recognizing the importance of comprehensive information, we have added an easy and quick image upload feature to "Edara."
This enhancement aims to improve data quality and save time and effort in inventory management.
Adding an Image to a Stock Item
You can add an image to an item through "Edara" in two ways:
1- Adding an Image to a New Stock Item
Go to the warehouse module
Click "Stock Items"
Click "New"
Click on the icon at the top left of the page to add the image
Choose the image you want to add to the item
Click "Upload"
Click "Save"
2- Adding an Image to an Existing Stock Item
Go to the warehouse module
Click on "Stock Items"
Click on 🔎 and type part of the item's name you want to add the image to
Select the item
Click "Edit"
Click the icon at the top left of the page to add the image
Choose the image you want to add to the item
Click "Upload"
Click "Save"
Note: Only .jpg and .jpeg Files are allowed
