Deactivate a Stock Item

If you have several items that you’ve stopped using for a while, you can easily deactivate them through "Edara."

Deactivate a Stock Item

First, ensure that the item’s balance is zero so that you can deactivate it. Then follow these steps:

  • Go to the Warehouse module
  • Select "Stock items activation"
  • Specify activation status (Active)
  • Click on "Load”
  • Search for the item(s) you want to deactivate using the 🔎 icon and select them by clicking ▢
  • Click "Deactivate"

As a result, the items will no longer appear in orders but will only be visible in reports.
