Deactivate a Stock Item
First, ensure that the item’s balance is zero so that you can deactivate it. Then follow these steps:
Go to the Warehouse module
Select "Stock items activation"
Specify activation status (Active)
Click on "Load”
Search for the item(s) you want to deactivate using the 🔎 icon and select them by clicking ▢
Click "Deactivate"
As a result, the items will no longer appear in orders but will only be visible in reports.
