Attaching the Tax registration ID for Suppliers and Customers

You may need to attach official documents, such as a Tax registration ID, to supplier and customer accounts to keep them within the account data and make them easier to access when needed.

Attaching the Tax registration ID for Suppliers

  • Go to the “Accounting” module.

  • Open the “Chart of Accounts” page.

  • Click on “+” next to Liabilities until you reach Suppliers.

  • Double-click on the supplier you want to attach the Tax registration ID to.

You will be automatically redirected to the “Accounts” page.

  • Click on “”.

  • Click on “Choose file”.

  • Select the file from your device.

  • Click on “Open”.

  • Click on “” again.

  • Click on “Upload”.

  • Click on “Update”.

Attaching Tax registration ID for Customers

  • Go to the “Accounting” module.

  • Open the “Chart of Accounts” page.

  • Click “+” next to Assets until you reach Customers.

  • Double-click on the customer you want to attach the Tax registration ID to.

You will be automatically redirected to the “Accounts” page.

  • Click on “”.

  • Click on “Choose file”.

  • Select the file from your device.

  • Click on “Open”.

  • Click on “” again.

  • Click on “Upload”.

  • Click on “Update”.

Note: You can attach multiple documents by compressing them into a single WinRAR file and uploading the file as an attachment.
