If a sales order was created by mistake and you want to maintain the sequence of your sales order codes, you can cancel the order instead of deleting it.
Viewing Canceled Sales Orders
Go to the Sales module.
Open the "Sales Orders Report".
Select the period during which you want to view the canceled orders.
Choose the order status "Canceled" from the report conditions.
Select the columns you want to display from "Custom View".
Click on "Generate".
Note: The report can be exported to Excel, Google Sheets, or printed by clicking on "+".
