To ensure that SMS messaging operations are executed smoothly, administrators need to grant users the permission to create these messages. This article outlines the steps for doing so.
Granting Permission to Create SMS Messages
Go to the “Users” module.
Click on “Users and Group” under Master Data.
Select the account using the arrows at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on 🔍.
Click on “Edit”.
Enable “Allow for SMS”.
Click on “Update”.
Note: You can also revoke this permission by removing the check beside the “Allow for SMS” option.
