Granting / Revoking Permission to Create SMS Messages

To ensure that SMS messaging operations are executed smoothly, administrators need to grant users the permission to create these messages.

Granting Permission to Create SMS Messages

  • Go to the “Users” module.
  • Click on “Users and Group” under Master Data.
  • Select the account using the arrows at the bottom of the screen or by clicking on 🔍.
  • Click on “Edit”.
  • Enable “Allow for SMS”.
  • Click on “Update”.
