Manual linking of customers and products between “Shopify” and “Edara” helps resolve unlinked records between the two systems, ensuring synchronization correctly and preventing order failures caused by data mismatches.

Manual Linking of Products and Customers Between “Edara” and “Shopify”

  • Go to the “System”.

  • Open the “Extensions Store” page.

  • Click on “Shopify”.

  • Click on the “” next to the required store.

  • Click on “Manage”.

  • Click on “Unlinked” under product synchronization.

A screen will appear showing products that are not linked between “Shopify” and “Edara”.

  • Select the product linking method as “Manual”.

  • Search for the Shopify product.

  • Search for the corresponding Edara stock item.

  • Click on “Link”.

The product will be successfully linked between “Shopify” and “Edara”.

Note: Customers are linked using the same steps by clicking on “Unlinked” under customer synchronization, then completing the manual linking process.
