To cancel a specific purchase order in “Edara”, you must first enable the cancellation setting. You can also assign this permission to specific user(s) to maintain control and reduce the risk of unauthorized cancellations.

Enabling the "Allow to Cancel Purchase Orders" Setting
Go to Settings.
Open the “Module Settings” page.
Click on the “Purchase” module.
Enable the "Allow to cancel purchase orders" setting.
Select the user(s) authorized to cancel purchase orders from the dropdown list.
Click on “Save”.
