Updating the Payment Status for Sales Orders

You can update the payment status of previously paid Sales Orders to ensure they appear with the correct status in the system.

Updating the Payment Status for Sales Orders

  • Go to “Accounting”.

  • Open the “Payment” page.

  • Click on “Advanced search”.

  • Select the Date Type.

  • Select the Date range.

  • Set the Payment status to “Unpaid.”

  • Select the proposed payment.

  • Select the Fulfillment status.

  • Click on “Search.”

  • Select one or more Sales Orders.

  • Click on “Mark as Paid”.

Note: You can customize the visible columns by clicking on “”, then “”, enabling the required columns, and clicking on “Apply.”
