Managing item prices requires flexibility and speed, especially with continuous price changes. Therefore, you can update item prices and data in bulk, saving time and effort compared to editing each item individually.
Bulk Editing Grouping Items
Go to the “Warehouse” module.
Open the “Stock items bulk edit” page.
Select the view style “Grouping Items View”.
Note: When you select the “Grouping Items View,” the available conditions update: the system hides conditions not associated with this item type and displays only the relevant ones.
Go to “Columns”.
Enable the columns you want to display in the report.
Click on “Generate”.
Apply the required modifications.
Click on “Save”.
Notes:
The columns in this view are the same as those in the stock items view. Therefore, any changes made to the columns in one will automatically reflect in the other.
When the price of a grouping item is modified, the system will automatically apply the new price to all sub-items under that grouping item.
When adding or removing tags in bulk, the tag will be applied only to the grouping item itself and will not apply to its sub-items.
You can also import or export the file to Excel or print the grouped items in bulk by clicking on “More Options” to display the available options.
The system does not allow bulk deletion of grouping items.
