Granting Access to Service Items

"Edara" allows you to grant users access to service items, enabling them to perform sales and returns operations.

In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to grant this access.

Granting Access to Service Items

  • Go to the Users module

  • Select "Data Permissions"

  • Select the user or user group you want to grant permission to

  • Choose “Sales”

  • Choose “Service Items”

  • Click on “▶”

  • Grant permission on the account by clicking on “▢” next to the service item name

  • Click "Save"
