Revoking Permissions on an Account from the Chart of Accounts
If the user has permissions on classifications within the Chart of Accounts, follow these steps:
Revoke Permission on the classification
Go to “Users”
Select “Data Permissions”
Choose the username or user group you want to manage permissions for
Select “Accounting”
Select “Accounts classifications”
Click on “▶”
Revoke the permission on the category by clicking on ☑️
Click on “Save”
Revoke Permission on the Account
Select “Accounting”
Select “Accounts”
Click on “▶”
Revoke the permission on the “Account” by clicking on ☑️.
Click on “Save”
