Through this feature, you can choose to create free units of measure in "EDARA", through which you can create the units of measure that will be used without linking them to a chain of units of measure so that the units of measure for the item are chosen during its coding without restricting its linking to a complete chain of units of measure.
Go to warehouse
Open Unit of measure page
Choose Free unit of measure, A message will appear to warn that it is not possible to change the type of units of measurement if a transaction is created
Click on "➕" to add a new UOM
Insert unit of measure name
Repeat the previous step to add more than one unit of measure
Click Save
When creating stock item use UOM
Choose Has multiple UOM
Active “Use unit of measures” option
Click on "➕" to add a UOM
Choose a main unit of measure
Specify the proportions of each unit of measure. Model code data and prices for each unit can also be entered
