After completing the field configuration, you can start importing products from “Edara 2.0” to “Edara 3.0”, ensuring the system is ready for use and that purchasing operations can be carried out correctly.
Importing Products from “Edara 2.0” to “Edara 3.0”
Before starting, make sure that the integration between “Edara 2.0” and “Edara 3.0” is not activated (the button status should be “Start”, not “Connected”) to avoid any data errors during the import process.
First: Importing Stock Items Data
Go to the “Purchasing” module in “Edara 3.0”.
Open the “Products” page.
Click on “Create View”.
Enter the view name.
Click on “Save View”.
Click the “︙” icon.
Click on “Import”.
Click on “Download Template”.
Second: Preparing Stock Item Data from “Edara 2.0”
Go to the “Warehouse” module in “Edara 2.0”.
Open the “Stock items bulk edit” page.
Go to “Columns”.
Enable the columns you want to display.
Click on “Generate”.
Click on “More Actions”.
Click on “Export to Excel”.
After exporting the file, transfer the data into the “download template”, ensuring that all required fields are filled and that there are no duplicate values in unique fields to ensure a successful import.
Third: Importing the File into “Edara 3.0”
Go to the “Purchasing” module in “Edara 3.0”.
Open the “Products” page.
Click on the “︙” icon.
Click on “Import”.
Click on “Choose a File” to upload the template.
Click on “Import”.
