After importing products and suppliers, the next step is to import locations (warehouses) from “Edara 2.0” to “Edara 3.0”, ensuring data consistency between both systems and preparing the system for efficient operation.
Importing Locations from “Edara 2.0” to “Edara 3.0”
Go to the “Purchasing” module in “Edara 3.0”.
Open the “Locations” page.
Click on the “︙” icon.
Click on “Import”.
Click on “Download Template”.
Add the warehouse data to the Excel template.
Go to the “Purchasing” module in “Edara 3.0”.
Open the “Locations” page.
Click on the “︙” icon.
Click on “Import”.
Click on “Choose a File” to upload the warehouse template.
Click on “Import”.
Note: You can also create warehouses directly from this page by clicking on “New” and entering the warehouse details. However, make sure that the warehouse name matches the name in “Edara 2.0” to ensure data consistency between the two systems.
