“Edara” allows you to track customer reviews over a specific period using the customer evaluation report.
Displaying the Customer Evaluation Report
Go to the “Sales” module.
Open the “Customer evaluation” page.
Select the salesperson.
Set required Ranges filters.
Select the date range.
Go to “Custom view”.
Enable the columns you want to display.
Click on “Generate”.
