“Edara” allows you to track customer reviews over a specific period using the customer evaluation report.

Displaying the Customer Evaluation Report

  • Go to the “Sales” module.
  • Open the “Customer evaluation” page.
  • Select the salesperson.
  • Set required Ranges filters.
  • Select the date range.
  • Go to “Custom view”.
  • Enable the columns you want to display.
  • Click on “Generate”.
