This article outlines the steps to achieve that.
Creating a Print Template
Go to Settings.
Open the "Print Setup" page.
Select the page you want to create a template for, then click "New".
Enter the Template Name.
Note: You can adjust the text direction (right-to-left or left-to-right).
Click "Template Properties" to modify the font size and type.
Click "Header/Footer Layout" to add a logo, image, or custom text to the top or bottom of the document.
Click the upload icon to upload an image.
Note: You can also modify the labels that will appear in the print version by changing the corresponding field names.
Click "Company & bill to data" to display relevant details for the company or the other party.
Click "Order master data" to select the required fields.
Click "Order details data" to choose the necessary columns.
Click "Order totals & payment".
Note: You can choose to display either the “proposed payment” or the “actual payment”.
Set Permissions – Define who is allowed to print the template.
Check "▢" next to "Print on save" to print and save the template.
