Sales returns can be used to record returns made before using "Edara" or to process returns for items from multiple sales orders.

Creating Receive returns through Warehouse
Go to the Warehouse Module
Select "Receive returns"
Choose the warehouse
Click on "New"
Select the customer
Start searching for items
Add quantities, prices, and serial numbers (if any)
Specify the currency
Add the responsible person (if any)
Click "Save"
Note: To display a receive return order, go to “Receive returns”, use the arrows to navigate between orders, or click on 🔎 and enter the order code.
