When integrating Edara with Webhooks, item quantities may be deducted from different warehouses without a clear indication of which warehouse is being used.
This can lead to differences in inventory balances; therefore, you can define a specific warehouse or a group of warehouses from which the stock balance will be deducted only when processing Webhooks-related operations.
Selecting warehouses for Webhooks balance deduction
Go to “Data”.
Open the “Integration” page.
Click on “Manage” under “Webhooks”.
Click on the “🖉” icon next to the required integration.
Click on “” next to “StockItem_Balance_Changed”.
Click on “Add Filter”.
Select “Warehouse”.
Choose the required warehouse(s).
Click on “Save”.
Click on “Update”.
