Selecting warehouses for Webhooks balance deduction

When integrating Edara with Webhooks, item quantities may be deducted from different warehouses without a clear indication of which warehouse is being used.

This can lead to differences in inventory balances; therefore, you can define a specific warehouse or a group of warehouses from which the stock balance will be deducted only when processing Webhooks-related operations.

Selecting warehouses for Webhooks balance deduction

  • Go to “Data”.
  • Open the “Integration” page.
  • Click on “Manage” under “Webhooks”.
  • Click on the “🖉” icon next to the required integration.
  • Click on “icon” next to “StockItem_Balance_Changed”.
  • Click on “Add Filter”.
  • Select “Warehouse”.
  • Choose the required warehouse(s).
  • Click on “Save”.
  • Click on “Update”.
