You can view the Receivable Notes Report to monitor customers' receivable notes and verify their collection status within a specific period. This helps you review note details and track receivable amounts.
Displaying the Receivable Notes Report
Go to the “Accounting” Module.
Open the “NR report” page.
Select the required check date (Due Date - Issue Date).
Select the collection status (Not collected - Collected).
You can also specify additional information, such as the GL account (Second Party of the Receivable Note) and notes information (System User, Salesperson, Responsible, N/R type, and Bank) according to your needs.
Go to “Custom view”.
Enable the columns you want to display.
Click on “Generate”.
Note: You can collect receivable notes to record receipt of the amount from the customer, or cancel the collection if it was recorded by mistake.
