Controlling Table Views in “Edara 3.0”

Table views in “Edara 3.0” provide a more flexible experience for browsing data, allowing you to customize how tables are displayed and control filtering, sorting, and visible fields according to different business needs.

Controlling Table Views in “Edara 3.0”

  • Go to the page that contains the required table, such as purchase orders, purchase requests, and others.

  • Open the available views menu.

  • Click on “Create View”.

  • Enter the view name.

  • Click on “Save View”.

You can also control a view by renaming, deleting, or sharing it with users. To do so, open the Views menu, then hover over the required view to display the options: “Share”, “Rename”, and “Delete”.

You can filter data inside the table by following these steps:

  • Click on “Filter”.

  • Click on “Add Condition”.

  • Select the required column.

  • Select the operator.

  • Enter the value.

When selecting the Date field with the operator “Is”, a set of predefined time ranges will appear, such as: (Today – Yesterday – Last 7 Days – Last 30 Days – This Week – This Month – Last Month – This Year – Custom), making it easier to define the required period.

  • Click on “Apply Changes

You can also sort data within the table by clicking on “Sort”, then selecting the column and sorting method. You can click on “Add Another Sort” to apply multiple sorting levels.

In addition, you can show or hide fields by clicking on the “” icon, then clicking on the ”” icon next to the field and dragging it up or down to adjust the field order within the table.
