Using the Sales Target Report, you can approve and execute sales incentives, allowing you to complete the incentive process for salespersons by identifying eligible employees and paying the bonuses to them.
Paying Incentives Using the Sales Target Report
First, make sure that a sales target has been created, then create a sales incentive and link it to this target. After that, follow these steps:
Go to the “Sales” module.
Open the “Sales tracker report” page.
Specify the warehouses.
Specify stock item classification.
Select the Salespersons. (When selecting a sales representative, all target documents associated with them will appear.)
Specify the date range.
Select the target status within the period.
Choose the target achievement basis.
Select how compound target achievement is calculated (Average – Lowest– Highest).
Select the target achievement percentage you want to display results for.
Choose the report style (Aggregate or Detailed).
Click on “Generate”.
