Activating a Sales Person

"Edara" allows you to reactivate a salesperson if they were deactivated by mistake or based on inaccurate information.

Activate a Salesperson

  • Go to the Sales module
  • Select “Salesperson”
  • Click on “Get all salespersons”
  • Search for the Salesperson by name or code
  • Choose the desired salesperson
  • Click on 🖊 to edit
  • Activate "Active"
  • Click on "Save"
