Go to the “Users” module.

Open the “Pages Permissions” page.

Choose the “user name”.

Open the "Sales" section, then "Transactions," then “Sales Returns.”

One-click on the "Sales returns" page to view the page element permissions from the inside.

Deactivate the “Delete” icon and make it invisible or disabled, but it remains visible.

Press “Save”
