Go to the “Users” module.

Open the “Pages Permissions” page.

Choose the “user name”

Open the "Accounting" section, then "Transactions", then “Entries”, then "Journal Entry".

One-click on the "Journal Entry" page to view the page element permissions from the inside.

Uncheck the "Edit" button, as shown in the image.

Press “Save”
