Go to the “Users” module.

Open the “Pages Permissions” page.

Choose the “user name”

Open the "Sales" section, then "Transactions", then “Sales Order”

One-click on the "Sales Order" page to view the page element permissions from the inside.

Check the "Edit" button, as shown in the image.

Press “Save”
