Go to the “Users” module.

Open the “Sales approvals” page.

Choose the “user name” or “group of users” you want to grant permission to.

Choose the “Sales returns approvals”.

Press “▶”

Specify the permissions you want to give by clicking on the “▢”

Press “Save”
