Granting/Revoking Access Permission to a Cash Account

When assigning a user to a cash register, they must be granted the appropriate permissions. Below are the steps to do so in "Edara".

Granting Access Permission to a Cash Account

  • Go to "Users".

  • Open the "Data Permissions" page.

  • Choose the user or group of users to be granted permission.

  • Click on "Accounting".

  • Select "Cash Account".

  • Click "▶".

  • Grant access to the "Cash Account" by selecting the checkbox ▢.

  • Click on "Save".

Note: To activate the permission, the assigned user must log out and log back in.

Note: If you want to revoke a user's access to a specific cash account, you can follow the same steps above and simply uncheck "☑" next to the cash account name.
