Creating a Print Template for a Sales Invoice

Here are the steps to create a sales invoice print template.

How to Create a Sales Invoice Print Template

  • Go to Settings.

  • Click on “Print Setup”.

  • Select the “Sales Invoice” document.

  • Specify the Paper size: (A4 - Receipt).

  • Click “New”.

  • Enter the template name.

  • Click on “Template Properties” to adjust the font size and type.

  • Click on “Header/Footer Layout”, then click on the icon to insert a logo.

  • Check the boxes to specify which data to display in different sections such as “Company & bill to data”. You can also modify the names of these fields.

  • Click on “Template Configuration”.

  • Select the User from the dropdown list to grant permission to use the print template.

  • Click on “Save”.
