There are various reasons for adding a second party in a Goods Issue Order. For example, you can use this feature when giving out gifts, adjusting inventory balances (shortages or surpluses), and more.

Adding a Second Party
Go to the Warehouse module
Select "Issue Offering"
Select the warehouse
Click on "New"
Exit the customer search screen by clicking the “Exit” button
Select "Other" while ensuring you are on the "Please Choose" option
Click on the 🖉 icon
Enter the name of the second party to be added
Click "Save"
