One of the basic steps that users do is to code items in “Edara”.
There are two ways to create a stock item
The first method:
Go to Warehouse
Open Stock items
Click New
Insert Item description
The following data is entered, if any:
Part number, Unit of measure, Sales price, Dealer price, Super dealer price, Minimum price, Reference price, Purchase price, warranty, Validity period, Tax rate, Opening unit cost, Re-ordering point (maximum and minimum)
Choose a Brand or create a new brand from 🖉
Choose Classifications
Open Enforce serial entry, in the case of working with serial numbers
Click Save
The second method:
Enter Warehouse
Choose a Chart of stock items
Click on the Classification
Click on New stock item
Insert stock items data as in the first method ↑
Click Save
