The following steps tell you how to create an aggregated item on Edara
Examples of items that this property can be used for are clothing items that have properties like color and size, or mobile phones that come in different colors.
To create a grouping item, follow these steps:
Make sure to enable the warehouse setting Dynamic properties [i.e apparel].
Go to the Warehouse module
Select the Stock items page
Click New
Enter the Item description
Select the Is grouping item option
Then, the Dynamic property section will appear
Select a dynamic property (if exist), or press 🖉 to add a new one, for example (size).
Enter the “Code” and “Description”
Click Save
Select a property value (if exist), or press 🖉 to add a new one, for example (sizes).
Press “+” to assign values
More than one value can be assigned and the system will create items with all possible property values and any of them can be excluded via a pop-up that appears on saving.
Click Save
Click Confirm
