Now you can record late payments on the date they are collected, from the payment page and choose the date, the Allow modifying date in new mode setting must be activated.
Go to Accounting
Open Payment page
Press Advanced Search
Select your filters
Press Search
Select the orders
Press Show Payment
Press Pay
Choose the date then Save
