To promise balance (Expect balance ) = Total (selected warehouses balances) + Expected to be received (balance expected to be received to complete pending purchase orders) + Expected to be transferred (balance expected to be received to complete pending inventory transfers)

Go to the Warehouse module
Open Warehouse stocks page
Select more than one warehouse
Select Show to-promise balance option from other options
Click Generate
⭐Important note
If the option “Show reserved balance” is activated with the option “Show to-promise balance”, the reserved balance column appears on the results page, and the equation is as follows:
To promise balance (Expect balance) = Total (Selected warehouses balances) + Expected to be received (balance expected to be received to complete pending purchase orders) + Expected to be transferred (balance expected to be received to complete pending store transfers) - reserved (balance held to complete pending sale orders)
