Ensuring data security while maintaining efficiency is crucial. Administrators typically access data specific to their assigned warehouse for security.

However, situations may demand accessing other warehouses, essential for quick decision-making, like seizing unexpected sales opportunities.

This requires selectively including or excluding warehouses to align with organizational needs. This article explores this feature further.

Manage warehouse permissions in some reports

1- Go to “Settings”

2- Access Warehouse Settings

3- Select Reports to be ignored

4- Choose Warehouses

5- Assign user(s)

6- Click "Save"

Additional Notes

1- To display data for some warehouses and not all, follow these steps:

  • Choose any warehouse.

  • Click on the icon to include all warehouses.

  • Delete the warehouse(s) that you want to exclude from ignoring permissions, as illustrated in the accompanying image.

2- Users now have visibility into the selected reports based on their designated warehouse authority.
