Insert stock items by importing Excel sheet with specific columns
Go to Warehouse
Open Warehouse Stocks
Select warehouse
Click generate
Move on ➕, then click Excel
Open Excel sheet , then change Local balance column to Quantity and insert physical count for stock items into quantity column
Go to physical count page
Click on ⇅
Choose the modified Excel sheet to upload
Click Save
Open Physical count and Close it to get Variance then make Adjustments
Close Physical count
Go to Warehouse
Open Physical count
Click on Get all Physical count
Click on physical count , then click on
Click Close count This action is available to the owner of the document only
Make Adjustments
Go to Warehouse
Open Physical count
Click on Get all Physical count
Click on physical count , then click on
Click on for Negative variance then Click RS and Save it
Click on for Positive variance then Click IO\IT and Save it
