If a user needs to select a bank while creating transactions, he must first be granted permission to view the banks.

## Granting Permission to Access a Bank Account

1. Go to “Users”.
2. Select “Data Permissions”.
3. Choose the user to whom you want to grant the permission.
4. Select “Accounting”.
5. Select “Bank Account”.
6. Click on “▶”.
7. Grant permission for “Bank” by ticking the checkbox ▢.
8. Click on “ **Save** ”.
