# Granting/Revoking Approval Permission for Sales Orders

"Edara" allows you to set approval permissions for sales orders based on business needs.

## Granting Approval Permission for Sales Orders

Firstly ensure you have [permission on the “Sales Approvals” page](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244362-granting-revoking-page-permissions), then:

1. Go to Users.
2. Open the “Sales Approvals” page.
3. Select the username from the dropdown list.
4. Choose “Sales Order Approvals” from the list of data entities.
5. Click on “▶”.
6. Select the permissions you want to grant by clicking ▢ next to them.
7. Click on “ **Save** ”.
