By displaying the costs of warehouse documents, you can effectively monitor and analyze the costs of warehouse transfers.

## Displaying Costs of Warehouse Documents

Ensure [the user has permission to view costs](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/10163384-granting-revoking-permission-to-view-warehouse-document-costs). Then:

1. Go to the Warehouse module.
2. Select “Work Orders” Report.
3. Choose “Internal” work orders.
4. Choose List By: “Document”.
5. Check the box next to “Show total cost”.
6. Specify the conditions and columns you wish to display.
7. Click “ **Generate** ”.
