You can design a print template that aligns with your pre-printed forms, making it easier to print sales orders in an organized and clear format.

## Designing a Print Template According to Pre-Printed Forms

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Open the “Print Templates” page.
3. Click on “ **New Template** ”.
4. Select “Simple Mode” as the Template Design Mode.
5. Select the “Sales” Module.
6. Choose the required document.
7. Choose the Layout “Pre-Printed”.
8. Click on “ **Confirm** ”.
9. Enter the template name.
10. Select the Direction.
11. Click on " " to upload an image of the pre-printed form and align your design with it.
12. Select the file from your device or drag it into the designated area.
13. Click on “ **Save** ”.
14. Define the template sections: Header, Data Table, Footer.
