# Displaying the Total by System Currency When Printing Cash In/Out Documents

If you have cash in/out documents that include foreign currencies and want to present them to concerned parties with the amount shown in the local currency, you can adjust the document print template to display this information.

## Displaying the Total by System Currency When Printing Cash In/Out Documents

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Open the “Print Templates” page.
3. Search for the required print template using the search bar, or filter the list using the “Document” column. You can also filter by any other column as needed.
4. Click on the “⋮” icon in the “Actions” column next to the required print template.
5. Click on “ **Edit** ”.

> **Note:** Select a print template other than the system template, as it cannot be modified, or [create a new template](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244278-creating-a-new-print-template-in-simple-mode).

1. Go to “Total”.
2. Enable the “Total by system currency” option.
3. Enter the text you want to appear when printing.
4. Click on “ **Save** ”.
