# Displaying Customer Tags on Sales Invoice Prints

Displaying the customer tag on the sales invoice helps identify the customer, making it easier to review and take appropriate actions.

## Displaying Customer Tags on Sales Invoice Prints

1. Go to “Settings”.
2. Open the “Print Templates” page.
3. Search for the required print template using the search bar, or filter the list using the “Document” column. You can also filter by any other column as needed.
4. Click on the “⋮” icon in the “Actions” column next to the required print template.
5. Click on “ **Edit** ”.

> **Note:** Select a print template other than the system template, as it cannot be modified, or [create a new template](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5244278-creating-a-new-print-template-in-simple-mode).

1. Go to “Company & bill to data”.
2. Enable the “ [Customer tags](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/5679136-bulk-adding-or-removing-tags-for-customers-from-the-customers-data-page) ” option.
3. Enter the text you want to appear when printing.
4. Click on “ **Save** ”.
