# Creating a Multi-Warehouse Sales Order

When you need to issue quantities for stock items stored in multiple warehouses, there’s no need to create a separate invoice for each item.

"Edara" allows you to create a multi-warehouse sales order.

## Steps to Create a Multi-Warehouse Sales Order

Ensure you have [permission for the Sales Store](https://help.getedara.com/en/articles/9379941-granting-revoking-a-sales-store-access-permission) before creating the sales order.

1. Go to the Sales module.
2. Select “Sales Order”.
3. Choose the “Store” and the “Salesperson”.
4. Click on “ **New** ”.
5. Enter the “Customer Name”.
6. Search for the Stock Item.
7. Click on the item's Stock Balance for the required warehouse from which the quantity will be issued.
8. Click “ **OK** ”.
9. Enter the Quantity and Price.
10. Select the Payment Method by clicking on 💳.
11. Click “ **Save** ”.
