Adding the reference document in a quotation helps you link the quotation to an external reference, making it easier to track documents and review them in the future.

## Adding the Ref.doc in a Quotation and Printing It

1. Go to the Sales module.
2. Open the "Quotes" page.
3. Click on " **Add New Quote** ".
4. Add the customer's name.
5. Enter the Ref.doc.
6. Complete the quotation.
7. Click on " **Save** ".
